512 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms & Applicability

By accessing, browsing, or using any service on the 512 platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

These Terms apply only to users who are located in Bangladesh and are 18 years of age or older. Use of any 512 service by minors is strictly prohibited. 512 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Account Creation & Security

When registering with 512, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. Only one account per person is permitted; operating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, contact our support team immediately. 512 is not liable for any loss resulting from third-party use or transfer of your account.

You may be asked to submit a National ID card or other valid identity document for account verification. 512 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until verification is completed to a satisfactory standard.

3. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities

As a platform user, you confirm that:

• You are located in Bangladesh and legally eligible to use this service.
• You are using a payment method registered in your name.
• Do not engage in any fraudulent activity on the platform.
• Do not abuse accounts or bonuses.

Prohibited activities include: operating multiple accounts, artificially obtaining bonus benefits, manipulating games through software or bots, and money laundering or suspicious financial activity. Any such activity detected will result in immediate account suspension.

4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on 512 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals are supported via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Minimum and maximum limits apply to each payment method and are specified in the Payments section.

Your account must be fully verified before withdrawals can be processed. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of approval, though additional verification may cause delays. Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawal.

If 512 deems any transaction suspicious, it reserves the right to place that transaction on hold pending further investigation. In the event of chargebacks or fraudulent payments, full legal action will be taken.

5. Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property

All content on the 512 platform — including logos, designs, game interfaces, text, and software — is the intellectual property of 512. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of this content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

512 is not liable for any loss arising from technical issues, internet disruptions, third-party payment gateway failures, or other circumstances beyond its control. 512 reserves the right to temporarily suspend services for maintenance at any time.

The platform may contain third-party links or services. 512 assumes no responsibility for the content or security of these external resources. Users follow such links at their own discretion.

6. Account Policy, Terms Changes & Governing Law

512 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without stated reason, particularly in cases of Terms violations. Any valid balance will be settled prior to closure where possible; however, balances may be forfeited in cases involving prohibited activity.

Users may request account closure at any time. It is advisable to withdraw any remaining balance before submitting the request, as withdrawals may take longer to process once an account is closed.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will first be addressed through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be referred to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh.
